  • Applying the LSA process to lower acquisition and whole life costs from the perspective of decider and provider.
  • Implementation methods of LSA for design, upgrade and off the shelf programmes and for both hardware and software.
  • Def Stan 00-600 is discussed alongside 3000L and other relevant standards and current commercial practices.

The processes apply equally to civilian and military projects.
