Allan Webb will be providing a 5 day public training course entitled 'ILS and Supportability Engineering Management' in Cheltenham between 30 November - 4 December.

Who is the course for?

Existing ILS and Support Engineers working towards a management role, ILS Managers and Programme Managers who wish to have a knowledge of the management of the tasks and responsibilities relating to ILS throughout the life of a programme.

What will I learn?

How to manage programmes from an ILS perspective through life. Groups work through a series of real case studies, discussing and performing the planning of the support tasks relevant to different types of programmes. Consider project priorities from the perspective of both decider and provider.

There is pre-course reading and homework. This course is legendary, both for the amount of effort expected from participants and the successful outcomes!
