Allan Webb will be providing a 5 day public training course entitled 'Cost of Ownership' in Northampton between 6-10 July.

Who is the course for?

Bid preparation and project review teams, ILS and LSA staff responsible for or associated with bid preparation, management or evaluation. in-service managers, costing and budgeting staff, and those involved in future strategy planning.

What will I learn?

The course is an intensive study of Cost of Ownership and modelling techniques that can be applied to ownership cost estimation and how decision models function. It begins with a detailed discussion of the LCC, TLC and WLC and LORA processes to determine how and why these techniques are applied. Practical exercises prepare the delegate to be able to select, use and validate LCC, TLC, WLC, and LORA models.
