We can deliver training across a number of mediums, tailoring our delivery methods to suit your requirements…
Our primary forms of delivery include classroom based training, e-learning and computer based training (CBT), as well as on-location training in a variety of formats.
Most of our courses run at a few different levels, depending on the requirements of the client. We typically run a short overview, aimed at management. A mid-length awareness course, usually a day, and then 3 day practitioner courses for those actually interacting with the system or process. For our MPAS training, we also run a 5 day expert course. This is not often necessary for other courses, such as Obsolescence Management, but we can run more detailed courses on this, and other subjects, if required.
We can author documents and courseware bespoke to the needs of your business ensuring it not only meets your objectives but also provides value for money. Examples of outputs include, but are not limited to:
– MS Office PowerPoint® Presentations.
– Interactive Presentations.
– Instructor Notes.
– Courseware Study Hand-Outs.
– User Guides.
We can also produce electronic manuals. These can incorporate all the detail of a hard copy document, including technical illustrations. These can then be viewed on a small screen by individuals or projected for multi-use and teaching purposes and still allowing hard copy output by a print capability included within. Use of electronic manuals aid the customer in reducing their carbon footprint and use less storage space than the traditional paper-based manuals and are cheaper, and easier, to transport. E-Learning is not just about the reading of static information held electronically, but can also consist of interactive content. Varying from a simple ‘point and click’ navigation, to a more detailed interactive content such as multiple-choice tests. Interactivity helps the user by helping to personalise, and monitor their learning journey through the manual. Multi-view and zooming into photographs and 3D illustrations, as well as audio and video, can be incorporated into electronic manuals.
These services enable us to provide a complete training solution, tailored specifically to your requirements.
