Obsolescence Management
Allan Webb provide two similar services to prevent or rectify obsolescence problems. Our engineers can provide both pro-active and reactive services.
Pro-active - we constantly monitor candidate items and provide a forecast of when parts will become obsolete.
Reactive - if a component is forecast to become obsolete or a supplier cannot be located we will search our extensive databases to locate the item. If the item cannot be found we will source a similar component with the same fit, form or function. If required, we can even approve these items for their respective application.
